It's definitely one of those "why didn't I think of that?" type of product. Although the design is fairly simple, by the time you factor the cost of parts and the time to actually make a DIY version, it might be more efficient to simply buy it. Went on-line looking for a better rain gutter cleaning tool. Out of the many that are available, we've tried at least four such tools that just didn't work at all and I wasted my money. Then I found the Gutter Clutter Buster, which is a 60" long gutter attachment tool with 54" extensions for my shop vac. Now, I connect them together and actually can vacuum out all my rain gutters even those on the 2nd story of the house.
